Bill Oldham, President & CEO

Bill Oldham brings more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, investor, and consultant supporting growth industries and high-value clients across health, technology, financial, and energy industries. Mr. Oldham has led many cutting-edge and dynamic companies in a broad range of industries. From bringing fintech to the PBM space, to building two $100m companies from scratch, to managing global financial and health organizations – Mr. Oldham has led teams and projects bringing innovation and technical excellence across geography and industries using a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Oldham’s career started on Wall Street working in the financial information services industry. Leading North and South American operations for a small technology company based in the UK, Mr. Oldham used technology to transform sales and service delivery, expand partnerships and networks and better support customers. Following this forming experience, he has worked in financial, telecom, and healthcare industries including work in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, resulting in a deep understanding of the reality of today’s global economy and it’s impacts on small and medium businesses.

Shawn Murphy, Chief Operating Officer

As someone who is dedicated to propelling continuous growth within the IT field, Shawn Murphy has established herself as an innovative and forward-thinking thought leader, spearheading organizational advancement by leveraging proven technology solutions across various fields. While overseeing all phases of the IT project management lifecycle as a multifaceted and cross-functional professional, she guides teams to meet and exceed major goals while maintaining timely and on-budget completion. Throughout her career of more than 25 years, she has designed and executed robust processes and procedures that streamline organizational workflows and increase productivity. She has extensive experience developing and leading top-performing teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. She has directed several multimillion-dollar development and operational sustainment programs, set strategic objectives aligned with program initiatives, created standard operating procedures, and managed solution designs and architecture.

Currently also serving as Vice President of the Board at the Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation, she oversees key non-profit projects and has achieved consistency and structure across these projects by establishing and launching a program management office (PMO) within the foundation.

Doug Ackley, Operating Partner & Chief Strategy Officer

Doug Ackley is a growth-oriented senior executive with over two decades of experience and proven success building and commercializing products, services and businesses in healthcare, technology and finance industries. He is passionate about uncovering unmet needs in the market, designing solutions and optimizing operations to meet those needs, and developing robust go-to-market strategies to ensure sustainable growth and impact. As the Head of Product at DeVry University, Doug established the first product department within the organization, creating a product management framework and culture, standing up a team with organizational alignment around strategic focus areas, and driving improvements for a $30M+ program. As the Vice President of Product at Gartner, he managed a $100M product portfolio, successfully integrating an acquired product portfolio and driving best-of-both efficiencies, while launching new products that created recurring revenues of over $25M in two years.

Most recently, Doug has been partnering with patient-centric organizations to help fulfill their mission, develop growth strategies, and unlock new drivers of value. He has been providing a range of support such as: developing product roadmaps and technology solutions for improved autism care; creating go-to-market strategies for a national quality registry; and developing integrated solutions to help life sciences manufacturers commercialize and improve access to critical therapies.

Greg Wujek, Operating Partner, Chief Commercial Officer

Greg is a dynamic bioscience executive with over 30 years’ experience who has developed and successfully executed financially responsible strategies in variant rare/orphan and specialty market therapeutic categories with expertise in executive management, sales, market access, marketing, and business development.  Greg has managed and developed successful commercial launch strategies for innovative drugs, successfully raising capital in addition to pre and post IPO experience. A results-driven strategic thinker with superior follow-through and problem- solving skills, Greg is a focused listener who is excellent at building rapport and fostering mutually beneficial relationships that build morale and increase shareholder value. Greg is also a Strategic Advisory Board Member for TCB Capital Advisors.  He graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in political science.

Bill Carpenter, Operating Partner

Bill Carpenter is a champion to Solution Development and PMO Deployment who is adept at synthesizing content and data to inform the creation and delivery of robust strategies, products, and programs. With over 20 years in project and program management experience, Bill thrives on building innovation solutions that help meet the needs of both client and stakeholder. With a Bachelor of Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and over 10 years of building and maintaining Data Science teams, Bill's analytical and data-driven processes, combined with his creative and innovative thinking, provide fully developed products and solutions.

Keri Schoenbrun, Operating Partner

Keri is a senior business leader with more than 20 years of experience working at renowned enterprise organizations (e.g., American Express, Accenture, and Gartner/CEB) and boutique consultancies (e.g., RAISE Communications and the Alexander Group, Inc.). Through a combination of analytics and creativity, Keri helps organizations differentiate themselves in the market and executive winning strategies. She has served as a strategic partner to executives in the technology, finance, healthcare, media and nonprofit industries. Keri is also passionate about supporting and serving the special needs community. In 2010 she founded Developmental Connections, a Virginia nonprofit launched to support social skills development for students with developmental disabilities and their peers. Keri is involved in a variety of other nonprofit organizations that support this community, including the Friendship Circle and Milestones Autism Resources, and she also supports our affiliate nonprofit, Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation. Keri received her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, a Master of Public Policy from the Georgetown McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Marah Archer, Project Manager

Marah Archer is a dynamic Project Manager with a distinguished track record in spearheading technical and operational projects across biotech, financial services, animation, and healthcare non-profit sectors. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA, she excels in leading cross-functional teams to surpass project goals with a hands-on, academically informed leadership style. Embracing the principles of servant leadership, she is adept at fostering team collaboration and guiding diverse groups through intricate, high-stakes projects. Her strong communication skills and commitment to maintaining team morale have been instrumental in steering projects toward successful outcomes, and she has a diverse background that includes significant contributions to both for-profit business operations and the film industry.
